Use your Pacific Blue Cross insurance to cover Massage Therapy costs

Evexía does not direct bill Pacific Blue Cross, but you can still use your coverage! You'll pay up front after your massage and then submit your receipts to Pacific Blue Cross later! Learn how to submit your Massage Therapy receipts below.

After paying for your massage, you'll be emailed a receipt from Evexía at the email address you've provided. Hang on to that receipt! Download it or flag the email so you can find it later! (If you lose the receipt, you can also reach out to us to resend it- no problem!)


You will have a window of time in which you can submit multiple receipts. See your policy for time restrictions (usually you have 12 months to submit receipts). You can submit each receipt after each treatment, or submit several at once- whatever works best for you! The sooner you submit, the sooner you'll be reimbursed!


When you're ready to submit, you'll need to gather some information, namely:


  • Your member info (policy ID number)

  • The RMT # of the Massage Therapist you're seeing (Most of the time, your RMT will have their number somewhere on your receipt).

  • The receipt Please note: you are only eligible for Pacific Blue Cross coverage if you're seeing a Registered Massage Therapist. Registered Massage Therapists will have the letters "RMT" next to their names on our website and booking page.


Once you've gathered your info, you have three options for submitting your receipts:


  • Via Mail

    • Mail to: Pacific Blue Cross PO Box 7000 Vancouver, BC V6B 4E1

  • Via the app (download HERE)

  • Via the Pacific Blue Cross online portal (sign in HERE)


If you do submit your receipts online or through the app, you'll need to download or take a screenshot of your receipts to submit. This tutorial may help.


Make sure you're aware of the amount of coverage you have annually so you don't overspend. As you will pay up front at Evexía, we won't know if you're over your covered amount. Keeping track of that is your job!


If you'd like some assistance, call Pacific Blue Cross toll-free at 1-877-722-2583 (or 604-419-2000 in the Lower Mainland), and select the Customer Service department.


And that's it! With just a few pieces of information, you'll be able to access your Pacific Blue Cross benefits and be reimbursed for your Massage Therapy treatments!
